Many clients have asked what my recommendation for dieting is to lean out and I say 2 words that describe it all: CARB CYCLE!!!
This would be a three day cycle. Day one highest amount, day 2 moderate, and day three low to none.
This means primarily complex. Fiberous veggies don't count as much...not yet, but becareful the amounts you take in...
